Seeking that magical golden light that makes portraits truly special? Flat Creek Public Fishing Area in Perry might be your perfect match. This hidden gem is one of my favorite locations for the way sunlight streams through the trees, creating a dreamy, ethereal backdrop that flatters every subject. The gentle filtering of light through the leaves creates a natural softbox effect photographers typically have to create artificially in studios. Late afternoon sessions here result in portraits with a warm, glowing quality that simply can’t be replicated elsewhere.



Every adult in attendance needs to obtain or hold the appropriate pass to use the Flat Creek PFA location. There are separate costs associated.
